That was interesting and clever! Great concept, nice use of gore and twists. However, the ending is not believable. A huge van would not fly off into space after hitting a small vehicle that is in neutral. I know. I tried. No seriously, I didn't. But still, that wouldn't happen. Also, a woman with a severly broken foot would be in A LOT of pain and her face would register that. She would not be easily mobile. Also, overkill on the vomit.
