Sound Effects *****!!!, well i mean you cant really hear the people.but it is great

kb5lkehunter8/7/07

great ,but the ending left you hanging

sarojz7/29/07

WTF's up with the ending???I thought something went wrong with shockwave player or my browser window. Anyway productions very good if the acting is a little less than professional.

LordNefarious7/12/07

May the force of creativity continue....GOOD:)

I really liked the film, even went and uploaded it to my mp3 player. Acting is about normal for a independent film. Clerks comes to mind. Agree CG shots were a bit long but they became the star of this film. Still I think a great film.

To much emphasis on Effect. just because you can do it doesn't mean you should at the cost of a good story. you obviously have the means to make a film but you should concentrate on the story and use the Effect as a way to convey it to an audience. some of your CG shots where to long and at times looks like either a cartoon or a video game you should use the CGI only for as long as you need to establish where you are.

the close-up animation was good but long shots of the craft seemed to have less care and attenion, the Acting seemed underprepered and forced, i appreciate that you might have been using friends to cast this film. you seem to be dedicated to this but never sacrifice the story for an effect, and as a film maker myself i wish you success for the future. P.S. the sound on the video had way to much bass i could hardly hear the dialogue but it may just be the site and not your film.

George said it best: "A special effect without a [good] story is a pretty boring thing."

pelodiscus5/28/07

I'd definitely like to see more of this series, especially since I couldn't see the ending of this episode.

rafa5x5/26/07

Production values are great. It's wonderful to have money to burn like that. So if I provide a good script and a good cast, would you produce my film? ;-) Why does this film (Rev. Ch. 1) get cut off before it ends. Also, more general question, why is there no video scroll on the video player? One last *****-***** whine: you need like a T3 connection for the videos to play smoothly due to all the Flash stuff going on in the page (the ads).

TheLordSpeaks5/22/07

I have seen this before years ago. Cool.

Jazzynupe5/22/07

The visuals are a bit better on the original video file and DVD iso image. Really good movie, the story needed something a bit more, but was good overall for the FIRST attempt. Maybe it had something to do with the breaks instead of smooth transitions. But I love where the story goes and how you are able to track all the Jedi down.Hey Shane, no need to split the movie into 5 minute segments any more. :-)Show it all at once.

littlewaves5/21/07

Thumbs up for the dedication and effects and just for co-ordinating so many people giving their time. (I've seen the whole thing a while ago) Just a shame they couldn't find some good actors to give some time. The performances really let the film down. Or maybe it's the script?

iclady25/21/07

I did see all the episode. The visual effects are good when there are no actors in it. The effects with the actors looks off ie the back drops etc. The concept of the film is great, however, it felt too long and the acting was not the best.

RogerNK5/20/07

This guy who made this movie is pluggin his DVD on HERE?!?!?!?! Live the dream? WTF?

Revelations was made with $20K and close to 200 volunteers from around the world. No one was paid to make the film. Revelations is free and not for sale, but you can download the FREE DVD of the full film as well as the 1hr 15min BTS disk from *****://panicstruckpro*****/rev elations You can then play it on your big screen and we hope you enjoy. We appreciate the kind support. Live the dream!

DFGV2K55/19/07

Well made for a 30000$ budget movie!!!

clash50005/19/07

I can seee what all the hype is about...This film as a whole is somethin to bask in... Does any one know where i might purchase all the shorts in one long film... Willing to pay to watch it on my big screen..I felt it had excelent special effects and acting.. its got my vote...

walyz5/19/07

Some reason file froze at 3:51 so was unable to view last 1:09. Could have been a bit longer. Would have liked to see conclusion. Good movie thou. Defintly a 4 or 4.5 (out of 5).

Slack Mastah C5/18/07

Nice effects but really overblown. It's not a fan flim, it's a low budget knockoff.

Frank21125/18/07

Yeah, I'm not sure why the powers that be presented "Revelations" as nine separate five minute episodes, but it isn't. It's one movie you have to watch all nine episodes to get the story. Some other other films are presented in longer blocks, not sure what the logic was here, but please watch the movie in it's entirety before judging it too harshly.

hereforthefanfilms5/17/07

Nice, very well done. The films are great this year!

ConnorRaines5/17/07

I think that Jedi chick is pretty fargin hot.

Wonderjedi5/17/07

I don't think some people realize that this is only part 1. "Revelations" is a 40 minute film that has been broken down into Nine 5 minute episodes. You have to watch all 9 of them to get the whole story.

Pope Will5/17/07

Kind of a cheat in terms of this contest, since it just stops and isn;t a self-contained short. Mention of "The Emperor's Hand" is always promising though and you have to admit it looks quite good.

BlobbyB5/17/07

This just isn't for me. I don't have any idea what is happening here.

LoverOfHate5/16/07

I liked it,but now im confused whether to vote for this or one of the others i like.

juankenobi5/16/07

Eh, not that impressed really. The CG stuff in the beginning is pretty but where's the story? I love the character driven stories in the Star Wars films and I'm just not getting that here. And besides, the end of this episode looked more like it was out of a movie about high school raves than a Star Wars film.

JoeMetro5/16/07

SW: Revelations is the BEST FAN FILM EVER!!! It's got the energizer bunny syndrome.

TMatalas5/16/07

First saw this in Indiana at C3. A visual masterpiece.

Wonderjedi5/16/07

Shane Felux is the next up-and-coming director to look out for. This is proven by "Pitching Lucas" and again, with "Revelations".Congratulations on a job well done!!

johbule5/15/07

Good job! It was stuff like this and pitching lucas that made us want to do this. I already saw it before it was on here...but it doesn't get old!

defibrilmeister5/15/07

...Cool make want to see more!

Frank21125/15/07

Yeah baby!

Jeffthedoc5/15/07

this was interesting. looked like a real movie too.

chartman*****greencheesemedia*****5/15/07

Star Wars: the Lesbian Menace. If only good visual effects could fix bad acting and a weak script.

foppington5/15/07

roguenroll5/15/07
