The kid in me loves the Speed Racer spoof but the adult in me loves how twisted minds can tak wholesome and pevert the hell out of it. I think it was the drug use that made it so amusingly wrong. lol. Loved this piece.

I liked that it took me back to the days of Speed Racer... but then, it was like a bad remake of a great song. I agree with the prior rater who disliked the drug use. The original was much funnier - even if only because of the way it took itself so seriously (LOL - REMEMBER?!?). This was a wash.

Great, hysterical parody of the Speed racer cartoon, really funny.......Loved the animation and storyline, that was interesting about the ***** innuendos (the big "G" on his shirt, etc), S.R. did look *****....it's ok though, i think the main actor is really cute... ;-) (yes, I'm *****).

It was really a great parody on speed racer, it had great re-names for every one....I can't wait to see the next episode, I really loved the them song.. only one thiong i'd changed is Speedster's pop...he looks terible.....but hay what can I say about something with just on flow!!

A "good" idea well executed, however the drug storyline was not the best way to go. It did not add to the humor and spoiled an otherwise good nostalgic satire. Make another please. It is a good premise.

As an adult that grew up with the Speed Racer cartoon of the 1970s... I see the merits of this in two ways. 1) a fresh look at the cartoon. 2) As a strange commentary of youth and innocence lost. Also, remember, how much more funny Scooby Doo is now that you get all the drug references.
