Wow!!! Great Job. You really invested a lot of time, money and energy into this..Your collection of Star Wars fan gear was the best I have seen in a long time. Plot line was thin at times however well constructed, and had enough story to keep it moving. All in all very well put together and executed.

Wow. I finally got around to watching and can't tell you how disappointed I am. While the production values are really (really - really) high and the concept cool, the execution is poor. Six Million Dollar Man bit was funny, but the others were half - hearted and this was so predictable. Would have like to see a bit more imagination go into this. I guess every film maker has his "Howard the Duck" or "American Graffiti 2" or "Phantom Menace" or...

Enjoyed film. But the image is REALLY small and it was constantly pixillating on my screen. I need to download it to see it properly. I missed so much of the action. Why can't I download it? I think you should make it downloadable. It has your copyright and credits on it, so what's the problem? Alternatively, can you give me a legit or bootleg site where I can download it and see the whole thing properly? So much of it is missing this way. Thanks in advance.

This is a true gem among Star Wars fan films. Right from the very beginning, I can see how this would have appealed to Mr.Lucas, with the opening scene depicting his visions of a galaxy far, far away literally swirling around his head; All in all a very touching tribute to the man who made this all possible. Well done!

Was it really worth spending over $2,400 on this? were ot not for the good FX, this film would not have done this well given it's poor script. Shane on you.

So it now takes thousands of dollars and a crew of a hundred to win this contest. Wasn't this contest supposed to be about the fans? You know the regular joes, the ones who beg and borrow equipment and do the effects themselves on their underpowered and slow rendering home computers. Shame on you Lucas for selling out yet again.

it was light hearted, energetic and entertaining. As another member posted, this is probablly how show's really get "pitched". Remember how many times GL was turned down for Star Wars ?. I bet those Exec's are kicking themselves in the butt now. well done.

Great parody. I was born in 1980 so I don't know what a couple of the shows were, but I enjoyed the the parodies of the shows I did recognize, and I loved how George reacts to the show plugs- the carbonite was my favorite. Well, you got MY vote! Oh, and by the way, just have to say I LOVE Revelations. That was one of the best SW movies not by Lucas himself. I'm glad that you do parodies as well as you do serious films. Keep up the good work!

This is definitely my choice. Unlike the other fanfilms I've seen this year, this one actually seems like it took a healthy dose of time, money, effort and creativity in a real attempt to shine. Well Shane, this film gleams. This film captures the magic of George's imagination and the reality of sly, butt kissing Hollywood producers. I salute you.

"Impressive... Most impressive." Actually made me laugh out loud. Loved that the shows pitched were from the same era as the original film. Everything fits within the constraints of the contest, and this is very well produced on all levels. Well done! The only part that seemed to me to drag, just a tad, were the reaction shots in the Rancor pit section. Otherwise I found the pacing to be just right. Again, a most impressive entry, and well deserving of an award.

Now this was a great film short. Entertaining all the way through. High quality, funny actors, great costumes, fantastic music and sound effects and graphics. Not one dull moment. You have got to be out of your mind to give this a thumbs down. Exceptional! The winner this year!
