The detractors of this film have probably never dated; typical Star Wars fans? Very well written, tied in nicely to the actual plot. Claims there is "no acting" are false; the performance was so good as to make it look easy. Great pace and some classic lines - "totally hippy", "you too?", etc. Extremely well done and nicely highlights (unintentionally?) the differences between the genders. Something for everyone.

The animation was good (meaning just bad enough to get across that it's comedic), the script was (totally) great, and the actress was (like, totally!) great! Pink Five was the only one talking, but it never got boring. Her monologue was a comprehensive narrative of everything going on, yet it all sounded like natural speech. Great comic timing (verbal and visual), clever tie-ins (cut the chatter!), overall a really impressive film!

Was George Lucas falling off his chair watching this? I was! The cast and crew clearly love the Star Wars films, and those are the people best suited to poke fun at them. I love a parody when it's done by people like that.Plus it didn't hurt that Amy is totally FINE!I am so going to watch Pink Five Strikes Back now!(Minor aside: is Amy actually a Valley Girl, or just a good actress?)

I will admit freely... this one definitely has its moments, script tie-in's and all. The overall script could have used just a bit more tweaking here and there... some authentic SW slang and idiomatic phrases would have worked, like having Pink Five tell the Imperial TIE on her tail to "Scratch gravel!" (Translation: GET LOST!) I wonder if she'd like a wingman? (BTW, my call sign's "Blue Seven" and I fly a Y-wing...)

Man..trudang has left me speechless once agian. This is so well done for being done on a budget of $4!!! Amy Earhart like always was superb and funny. The lines are very well delevered and if your Star Wars buff you'll find this to be very funny. I love the part where she yells at Artoo about not being able to speck and when Han calls her. It's just so like, totally wicked dude!
