The people who hate this film worry me. It is one of the few that didn't rip off a popular-culture fad (like Sith Apprentice did) and is one of those fims that give fans like me the warm fuzzies. It is a stellar representation of the essence of fandom. 5/5.

I remember watching STAR WARS in 1977. This film is a winner. Fans which know what they like and see the good in a bad situation. I've got friends who simply love a movie so much, that they actually KNOW the movie, and because it's fun, we act the lines out. Lucas was right to pick this movie. This is what the true "movie" fan is, whether STAR WARS or BLAZING SADDLES (inside joke for my buds). A truly great fan film, shows the heart the fans have with the star wars genre. Outstanding!!

I feel the fun of the first movie was truely displayed in the execution of this film. Someone made a comment that they didn't think the music was appropiate... perhaps if they were not so jaded by mp3 and ipod they might recall that the first movie came out during the time of the old 33rpm records. Inshort- great movie- great soundtrack- I wish I could have been there!
