A man hears the one sound we all fear in the hospital — the monotone electronic squeal of a flatline.

If you know how Bauman plays in German comedy series like in "Adelheid und Ihre Mörder", you recognize him as the good old funny fellow with the funny spleens (he is a police detective, who usually doesn´t find the murderer at all, but the secretery does always)

not all there

Cute - way too brief, but cute. However, one must wonder just how many actually manage to hear their own heart monitors flatline before oblivion consumes them. Not too darned many, I'd wager.

Would have been funnier if he was seen frantically searching for a coin, finally finding one, then dropping dead just as he was about to insert it. Music didn't seem to fit the "dark" humor.

I really enjoyed this short little film. It says so much in such little time. Pretty intelligent, if you ask me. And I appreciate that it gets straight to the point and doesn't waste any time. The music was appropriate, I thought.

It was an interesting concept, but the unfortunate thing about this was that it had been way too short for any sort of development at all. It was as if they had just ended the film upon the introduction of its concept. Furthermore, the slapstick appeal of the film just doesn't seem to mix well with the choice of music.
