Very interesting story concept and delightful ending including credits. Great to hear Galic language spoken and the situation of native language spoken in colonialized situations. Can be applied here in the US with Spanish language and other non-English speaking peoples in familiar settings. Excellent.

Lightly entertaining and good acting, with a faint message about communicating with family. But, either it needed to start with less focus on poor father-daughter communication, or that should have been more the focus of the short.

What a great idea! It wasn't histerical, but it was humorous and quite enjoyable. I especially liked the ending. I was slightly dissapointed by the fact that it never really went where it seemed like it was supposed to go: the father spending some quality time with his duaghter, but it was good enough that that wasn't perticularily hindering.

Very funny. Only thing that could have made this film better would be if the main character didn't look at the camera so much, but thats my own personal feeling. Dialogue was good, and story was very consice and round.

this film was absolutely brilliant. To me it showed a connection through non communication in families. also had a very interesting humors side to it. although it would probably be funnier to a person who spoke irish, it was great for me as well.

interesting concept i didn't care for the music too B movieish, the sidewalk part was too long and poorly shot. But, as I speak a different language in my sleep I can appreciate the work for what it is. my wife can't identify what I'm saying and I have no other language while awake. creeps me a bit.

Pretty good film,especially seeing as how the irish speaking lot where able to persuade Stepehen Rea to take part in a film In Irish.I would say though that the Sinn Fein types will love this and probably claim it as one of their own.../which of course is a shame.
